The barrel-pump unit is an efficient refrigeration solution, equipped with components such as a low-pressure circulation drum, shielded pump, float level gauge, stop valve, throttling valve, solenoid valve, safety valve, liquid supply filter, electrical control box, and modular frame. This configuration ensures the system's integrity and reliability, making it easy to install and maintain on-site, suitable for various cold storage and freezing applications.
One of the core features of the barrel-pump unit is its highly efficient liquid supply function, which guarantees excellent heat exchange performance for the evaporator and maximizes its heat transfer area. The circulation of refrigerant effectively prevents the formation of an oil film on the evaporator walls and reduces oil accumulation, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator. Compared to direct expansion liquid supply, the barrel-pump supply improves the cooling effect by more than 20%, enabling better utilization of evaporator area while preventing issues like wet compression caused by excessive liquid supply, ensuring safe operation of the refrigeration equipment.
The barrel-pump unit is also capable of supporting long-distance liquid supply, overcoming some of the system's resistance losses, and making it suitable for large-scale cold storage and refrigeration systems. The system is simple, reliable, and easy to control centrally, allowing for automation and optimizing the operation of the refrigeration compressor. When the thermal load variation in the warehouse is minimal and the liquid level remains stable, the fluorine pump can maintain normal operation, ensuring optimal refrigeration efficiency.
