Bitzer Low Temperature Piston Parallel Unit
The Bitzer low temperature piston parallel unit is a centralized refrigeration solution specifically designed for low-temperature operating conditions, combining system stability, operational flexibility, and long-term reliability. The unit adopts a parallel configuration with multiple piston compressors operating together, enabling staged start-up or combined operation in response to actual cooling load variations. This design allows the system to maintain stable cooling output under different operating conditions. The parallel arrangement demonstrates strong adaptability in low-temperature environments and helps improve operating efficiency under partial-load conditions, making it suitable for frozen storage facilities, low-temperature cold chain warehousing, and related industrial refrigeration applications.
The unit features a comprehensive configuration, including key components such as a liquid receiver, oil separator, oil reservoir, check valves, oil equalizer, and vibration-absorbing pipes. These components support stable distribution of refrigerant and lubricating oil among multiple compressors, enhancing the coordinated operation of the parallel system. In addition, the unit is equipped with pressure controllers and an electrical control cabinet for centralized monitoring and management of operating conditions, improving overall operational safety. The modular, combinable frame design also provides greater flexibility for on-site installation and future system expansion.
