Bitzer Medium to High Temperature Piston Parallel Unit
The Bitzer medium to high temperature piston parallel unit features a parallel configuration of multiple piston compressors, allowing flexible operation according to real-time cooling load demands. This staged or combined operation approach ensures that the system maintains efficient and consistent cooling output across varying conditions, making it well-suited for commercial cold storage, food processing facilities, and industrial refrigeration systems where reliable temperature control is critical.
Equipped with a complete set of essential components, the unit includes a liquid receiver, oil separator, oil reservoir, check valves, oil equalizer, and vibration-absorbing pipes. These elements ensure the even distribution of refrigerant and lubricating oil among the compressors, enhancing the coordinated operation and overall efficiency of the parallel system. The inclusion of pressure controllers and an electrical control cabinet provides centralized monitoring and precise control over system parameters, improving operational safety and response to changing loads. Additionally, the modular, combinable frame design simplifies installation, maintenance, and future expansion, offering high adaptability for different site requirements.
The unit also incorporates semi-hermetic screw compressors from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring high operational efficiency, extended service life, minimal vibration, and low noise levels.
